Display coverage information in PRs and repo badge #149

There must be a set of existing GitHub actions to display coverage results on the repo, both for individual PRs and as a badge that can be placed at the repo's top-level README along with the other existing badges.

Exanple: https://github.com/marketplace/actions/pytest-coverage-comment
