Need to add a sub-section to section 3 on running the model to discuss ways to debug input data files.
E.g. presently gmacs_in.dat and gmacs_in.ctl (are these good names?) are created and can be easily read into R using the standard #Name variable approach. Both of these files can be used to test if data and ctl were read in correctly and also, if succeeded, to read into R easily.
