Need to add constraints to maximum size in growth transition like in Jies model.
I seems to me that the growth side of things is not well understood, not well defined and could do with some initial (external type) work. Could try to use the existing admb code, callled into a different admb analysis that fits to growth/molt data outside the model to help understand it all.
Add option to make these normal as well as gamma.
