Write unittests for posfilter rotation and kalman_filtering functions
Improve test coverage
For Kalman Filtering:
- Test Reference GPS_GEOCENTRIC cols in reference should match solutions ANT_GPS_GEOCENTRIC cols within 1cm tolerance
- Square root of ANT_GPS_COV_DIAG values should lie between 0.5cm to 5cm
For Rotation:
- A maximum of 2.5% of rows can exceed the 1cm tolerance between the solutions and reference GPS_GEOCENTRIC cols

Hello @lsetiawan , The POS_TWTT file used in Kalman Filtering unittest as a reference solution is missing from the tests zip file.Could you please add it to the gnatss/tests/data/2022/NCL1/POS_TWT folder hierarchy? Thanks!
