We need to figure out if we want a completely flat state, a hierarchical one, or a in-between (2/3 levels of hierarchy). See PlayersContext{ 1: { skill: [ {skillCategory: Dexterity,...}, ...]...}...} vs player1DexteritySpell: {...}
