Catch up on all-the-icons 4.0.0 #4

I just tried to catch up the latest all-the-icons. In that operation, some items were added and some reorderings were applied. Icons for GLSL, F#, and zig are probably missing because icons-in-terminal[*1] itself has also not been updated for a couple of years.

I'm personally happy to continue to update icons-in-terminal.el and interested in reactive and update icons-in-terminal :)
