Back button support / URL entrypoints into app #5

I did a prototype JS FFI implementation in replica-concur and included a routing example, could you take a look and see if this solves the back button problem for you?

I'm so hyped! Momentarily stymied by https://github.com/pkamenarsky/concur-replica/issues/24 though.
