Document and implement all relevant parameters and flags of the CLI command to make it really pretty.

path
method (only available when path is set)
cors (only available when path is set)
schedule (not yet existing, must be implemented first, used for cronjobs, ... instead of HTTP-APIs. Easy learning opportunity)

schedule not needed for now, coming later on. guide is prepared for website, CLI is documented.
