To also be able to run multiple dev servers at the same time make http port of each instance settable through the env.

not sure if we'll do it this way in future but for now i see no harm @Aduril @DfHlyu4aida did you run into that use case?

@Harper04 Well, at the moment there is no way to change the port. I had the problem when I tried to run octopus and unicorn at the same time.
