chore(deploy-aws): fix binary name clashing #97

Currently this package names its binaries the same as @seagull/pipeline. This rename will fix it.

@Aduril could you please clarify the difference between these packages? deploy-aws deploy pipeline

Why does @deploy-aws need a pipeline command? What is different vom @pipeline ? Can we finally delete @deploy ?

Imho we can delete both deploy and pipeline, because deploy-aws makes them both obsolete. I just kept them for time being, becuase I was not sure, whether an existing branch/tool would need them, but now I am fairly sure, that all current development uses deploy-aws. Therefore, feel free to delete :)
