Delete comments of a list of users from specific questions in bulk and Deletion of comments of a list of users in bulk, Deletion of all comments in a specific question

We see lots of users commenting, Sometimes going to each and every profile, opening and clicking on delete comments is bit hard.

So we require this.

Summary :

We want to have a comment deleter which will perform

1. Delete all comments of list of users ( Only input i would give is whole list of users and Tool must delete the comments)
2. Delete all comments from a specific question.
3. Delete all comments of specific users in specific links.

( Note : i should be able to give input as all profile links at once like we do in point changer)
