Describe the issue/bug:
The image attachment viewer that appears on the user content pages has buttons that flip an image horizontally or vertically. These buttons work in a confusing way if the image has already been rotated 90 degrees in either direction, as the flip horizontal button appears to flip vertically and vice versa.
To fix this, the flip horizontal button should flip vertically if the image has been rotated 90 degrees in either direction, and vice versa.
To reproduce:
1. Go to a user content page and find and click on an image attachment.
2. Use the buttons at the bottom to rotate the image 90 degrees in either direction.
3. Try out the flip horizontal/vertical buttons.
