Report reasons used to report questions/answers/comment are displayed under the correction reports category. #382

Describe the issue/bug: The report reasons used to report questions, answers & comments show up under correction reports if it's visited after choosing a report reason under the 'Report reasons -- ALL' 'in the reported contents page.

To Reproduce:

To show report reasons for Questions/Answers under Correction reports.

  1. Visit the reported contents page.
  2. Choose any reason under "Report reason (All)", and then click on "Correction reports".
  3. You'll be able to see/choose reasons under "Report reasons -- ALL".

To show report reasons for Comments under Correction reports.

  1. Visit the reported contents page.
  2. Click on Comments, then choose any report reason for reporting comments.
  3. Click on "Correction Reports", you'll be able to see/choose report reasons for comments under "Report reasons -- ALL".
