The 'Users' ban section that's shown beside questions isn't visible on (some) mobile devices. #393

Describe the issue/bug: The 'Users' ban section that's shown beside questions is not visible on some mobile devices.

To Reproduce on a mobile device:

  1. Visit any question on Brainly from a mobile device.
  2. Scroll down when on mobile mode, and you might be able to see that the user's ban section isn't visible.
  3. You can try it with Desktop mode, it's missing there too.

To Reproduce on a browser:

  1. Go to brainly.in.
  2. Inspect the page, then toggle the device toolbar.
  3. Click on any question from the homepage.
  4. Scroll down, you won't be able to see the ban section on the page.

After changing it back to desktop mode, you can see that the user's ban section will still be missing.
