Describe the issue/bug: The reason for comments on reportedcommentdeleter doesn't appear after selected one of them

To Reproduce:

Be an admin/or privilege to delete reportedcomments
Go to reportedcommentdeleter
Try selecting a reason, it won't appear (=the box will be empty) but the process will still work
