Request: Add series link to dropdown nav menu #51

Currently in order to see individual match results i need to first go to the seasons page and click the series link for the current season. It would be nice to just have a link to the current season series from the nav menu like every other page

Match results are currently available on team pages directly. I'm guessing that's insufficient for easily finding individual results?
