Wizard turnOn ListenManager #2

Added AtomicReference parameter to turnOn. Issue with this is that Wizard is supposed to be able to handle many people using at once. Might need to have a key-value with inWizard ids - ListenerManagers.

Could see if can close listernerManager where it was called in ++room detector.
