Fix coveralls #253

I've changed the coverage library to istanbul, because it supports ES6 sytnax. It required some tricky changes in the test.js file, but in exchange package.json got a pleasant facelift.

Also, the new html-coverage generated by the istambul library is waaay more functional in my opinion
