Figure out how to properly cleanup after broked builds in pungi and livecd chroots.

Over time, when builds fail in livecd and pungi, chroot cruft builds up in /var/tmp eventually consuming all loop devices because things are lazy unmounted and the dirs removed but things are still open in the chroot.
