[x] left the default admin login: admin@thestove.io:admin (change length validation to switch provide admin as default password)
[x] provide a rake task to change the default password (alike https://github.com/sealuzh/cloud-workbench/blob/master/lib/tasks/user.rake)
[x] document how to change the admin password
