Remove Hubitat mentions, from ToC. Do not delete device guide, sample data topics. #249

These two topics have been removed from the ToC but may show up in search results. I think we'd need to delete the topics completely to remove them from possible search results.

Unrelated comment -- a lot of these API docs are missing Tedee. @DebbieAtSeam, could you open up another PR that fixes that? It shouldn't necessarily block this one, I don't think.

@justsayknarf Are you talking about API response examples missing Tedee? If so, I'd encourage you to add a row to the docs to-do table in Notion so that we can prioritize this task vs. others to do. Thanks!
