Format /api code samples #322

Runs a code formatter for each code sample. I think we may need to adjust the max line length and possibly force line breaks, but we can tweak the formatting behavior now that we have this in place.

I do not feel strongly about any of the chosen formatters, I just picked ones that were popular and worked. If one of the formatters I chose here needs to be swapped out to meet our needs, it should be straight forward.
