Add infinite scroll to fetch more items #106

We don't want to fetch all the items at once, so we'll implement infinite scrolling to fetch more items.

Figma

[ ] Implement inf. scroll
[ ] Show message at end of list

Notes

Possibly abstract out behavior as inf. scroll will likely be used by other lists as well, such as in the device table.
Could use useInfiniteQuery from react-query

@seveibar I don't think I see pagination set up in seam-connect, do we want to create a separate GH issue somewhere for that?
