Name of feature/metric: The Lending Pool Utilization % and Interest Rate that power that particular ILM

Description of feature/metric: For the lending pool that powers that ILM, what is the current utilization rate and interest rate, with a link to that lending pool. For example, for the wsteth/eth strategy, it should show the current interest rate and utilization of the ETH lending pool from Seamless, since that is the source of the strategy (in the future this might expand to more lend/borrow platforms). At a minimum, there should be a link to the lend/borrow pool so the user can lookup these stats themselves.

This would be in an advanced view somewhere, TBD still.
