Link to ILM Blog from FE #467

A new blog post has been created to explain ILMs in a more short form/consise format. https://seamlessprotocol.medium.com/ilms-simplifying-and-enhancing-your-defi-strategies-e1590ce3785a?utm_source=SeamlessApp

To track its effectiveness, would like to track how many users click it from the app to read more about ILMs and how they work. To track it, will add a UTM link on the URL. This blog post should open in a new tab and be helpful context for individuals curious about learning more info on ILMs.

For this requirement, can there be a link out to this blog post in each ILM Earn view? Something along the lines of Learn more about ILMs: LINK cc @rcqiao
