Add new ILM short strategy to FE #496

Once ILM short strategy is deployed we should add it to the FE config and test -> deploy it

Configured a new ILM and fixed the decimal issues in our current logic (previously hardcoded to 18 decimals).
Deployed the updates to Vercel and configured them to work on a Tenderly fork.
Shared the setup with the team for review.
Conducted some manual testing as well.

resolved issues with potential undefined values bugs by implementing seamless write hook
resolved symbol issues
did new round of manual testing
