How do we make the skill room useful, but not ruin the game? #8

Maybe we just have a list of topics that the attendees of the room can help with and the participants can only ask to get help on a specific skill? That way the trainers don't help with the puzzle bits, but are there to help ensure that all participants have access to the skills they need to solve them.
