SLEE:Tool:Console: Activities' TTL show as negative number #12

When viewing the TTL value for activities through web console, the value is 
always <= 0, while it should be >= 0.

This issue was updated by revision 0727775b15e7.

The problem was that calculations were being made using different units, 
subtracting milliseconds to seconds, causing a negative number as result.
