Add possibility of assigning patches to switches by name, removing need for manual numbering of patches and banks. Support auto-generation of patch and bank numbers optionally replacing manual numbering of patches and banks. Continue to allow manual specification of patch and bank numbers for backwards compatibility of existing data files. Do not allow a mix of auto-generated and manually specified patch and bank numbering.
