support for midi beat clock will be introduced with the implementation of issue #17. Control is via a new interactive engine mode. Consider adding switch commands for incorporating tempo control in normal banks -- either switch commands or patch-based commands. command:SetClockBpm with attribute:bpm command:EnableMidiClock command:DisableMidiClock
