reporting of EDP next loop copy state does not report Off state #21

Reporting of EDP local state NextLoopCopy is correct for Timing, but the Off state is incorrectly reported as Sound.

Repro'd via Midi-Ox sysex capture. Not a bug in mtroll but in the EDP -- updated display of state to note that when Sound is reported, it could actually be Off
