add support for an optional ui to display expression pedal values

Won't -- do you display the raw analog value or the translated midi value? What good is analog value? If midi, how do you handle pedal reassignment -- wait for an input to cause redraw or redraw when pedal assignment changes?

I think the changes in release 2020.06.27 are good enough.
