Alpha Channel Lost With ProRes Creation

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Creating ProRes4444 video from PNG files the Alpha channel doesn't exist once 
created. Any ideas?

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expect to see Alpha channel when importing movie into AE

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Please provide any additional information below:

- Full commandline run (with -v 3) and everything the program printed
without the repeating parts.
D:\FFmbc>ffmbc -r 30 -i "D:\FFmbc\PNG_Source_%04d.png" -vcodec prores -pix_fmt 
yuv444p10 "D:\FFmbc\PNG_Test.mov"

Prores encoder does not support alpha channel currently

I don't suppose there is any known timescale of getting alpha channel
