What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. execute 'ffmbc -v 3 -i ultraschall-schwenk535E8A8D.mxf out.mp4'

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I expected that FFmbc would transcode the MXF file to a MP4 but instead it
reporst an error:

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

I'm using FFmbc 0.7.1 on a Centos 6.5 x86_64. The original file was created
with Avid MC 7.0 and uses DnxHD 80 in 1080p.
