Create Matching function #8

Design/create a function to determine the match score/percentage of two individuals.

I have added functionality for doing a weighted sum and also adjusting the weights. Multiple standard weights are supplied.

I added this to the in review part because I feel like maybe I was getting ahead of myself and coding things the group might not have really agreed to.
