Bootstrap should make it much easier to create a better looking front-end UI, so this issue is to play around with it and see how it can be used.

Built a basic sign-in page to test it out; found in the 'bootstrap-demo' branch off 'gh-pages'.

Converted bootstrap dashboard template to a better look/feel.. will eventually replace index.html; Dashboard.html found in 'bootstrap-demo'
