Condense software comparison into one paragraph #2

This is in addition to the speed paragraph.

I'd rather spend the space on other things.

I think this should be doable, but we'll see.

Take home should be that certain classes of models require other software, and there are some differences in speed, but within the class covered here, it mainly comes down to interface and familiarity/ease of use of that interface.

Possibly one paragraph pre-discussion that summarizes Table 1 and the major functionality differences.

Another paragraph in discussion with guidance on what to pick for what task (integrates across speed, familiarity and table 1). Prior 'familiarity' is a key word.
