Adding ARM support #35

Changed the base image to a newer version, which supports ARM. I've tested this on a Raspberry Pi, MacOS, and Windows (Intel) machine and they all start up. Before these changes it would not start on an ARM-based RPi

This is fantastic, just to clarify this PR doesn't break the normal installation on non-arm machines, this just adds ARM support? If so I'll merge otherwise we can make it it's own release.

That is correct. I built and tested on Windows and MacOS as well. Although I'm unsure if you're able to upload images for the other build architectures?
