i have the issue as well. i am running 10.5.8. this is what was printed to the

If u still have the problem, this did it for me.
Close down Quicktime & iTunes. Do it again, and it should work :)!

restarting itunes and quicktime didn't work for me. tried uninstalling fluke
and reinstalling it - still not working. same error: "list index out of range"

Close your iTunes!! Fluke worked fine for me after doing this, it opened my
FLAC files and put them right into iTunes. Thanks to the commenter in #5 :)

I had the same problem (10.7 Lion) make sure iTunes runs in 32bit mode!

Worked after I installed itunes 10.6.1, removed and reinstalled fluke, and
restarted.

Update to this thread: Running OSX 10.7.5 Lion and Itunes V11, just had a
fiddle and managed to get everything working smoothly by running itunes in
32bit mode and reinstalling fluke. Hope this helps.

My solution:
Put iTunes back into 64-bit mode
Open iTunes ; Close iTunes
Put iTunes into 32-bit mode
Open .flac files with Fluke (which would also open iTunes)
