split personal files into HPI overlay repo #24

To avoid possible name conflicts -- also so that I can provide all.py files here that work for everyone, and then have personal all.py files that override those

Probably move mint, nextalbums and old_forums since those are all personal modules for my own tools

someone else can always install my overlay repo as well -- just to organize things and allow for overriding all.py files
