Create the Navigation bar partial

create the navigation bar in the MVC using the partial view according to the navigation bar deign in the FIGMA wireframe. The bar should include:

• [ ] The site logo in the top left (left side of the nav bar)
• [ ] a list of links with the list including links for
  • [ ] an About page for information about the site
  • [ ] a Pricing page
• [ ] a Log in button
• [ ] a Sign up button
