Navbar #7

Need to fix navbar to have orientation from center of page to the right, and not overlap header when scrolled

Navbar restyled, now goes from center of page to right, added active class to each page. Still scrolls up with page, need to make it stay in fixed position

Navbar and header in fixed position in portfolio page, not working yet in interests page
