Unique IDs for Export e.g. to Lepiter #1

Maybe something like: living-library::sean-denigris::{{sequential number}}. Encoded or not? For now, since it's just for personal use, we can always try something and change if needed. This is a deep, complex topic once one extends out into the larger world (see doi).

Choice of :: as separator is somewhat arbitrary
do spaces and other possibly complicating characters need to be escaped (as above with spaces)? If encoded, may matter less.
What is the precedence of user vs. library or does it matter (i.e. are they a dyad)?

Fixed by 2490e9e. Works can now have UUIDs
