We had a concept of a project link, which meant attaching any arbitrary object to an individual project.
We now have another link concept - that of a project list linking together projects which are dependent on one another.
Should both exist independently? Merge into something simpler? The global/internal distinction does seem to matter. Maybe for now, we'll just rename one or both so they don't conflict
