Add Projects after the fact #45

I am cc-ed on an email about a problem. I want that email to be the support material for a completed sub-project "notify X". However, the current workflow:

  1. adds a capture time to the log (although maybe it is relevant as when the user became aware
  2. Makes it awkward to change the timestamp of a status
