Feature Request: Climatology currents + Grib wind needs to work #248

Climatology Currents checked with "Enable Currents" in Config is not working with grib wind. IMHO it should.

Didier advises that

"n my understanding it's working, sort of, in the dialog box it's SOW not SOG... you can double check with the Measure tool. "

...So the effect of current is not shown.
Is there a better way of handling this so it is clearer? Perhaps show both SOW and SOG?

249 is merged. Many improvements and bug fixes.

Climatology Currents and Grib currents both work. Redraw refreshes on the left screen and appears overlaid on grib on the lefft screen at the end.
