More Problems: Wizard does not work, latitude is not lining up properly. #111

The Wizard is no longer performing it's duty properly. For example the Gulf Coast is no longer aligning properly when all the lat/long and indicators are entered properly.

This was fixed by selecting fixed-flat, however these images do not even display. Closing
