The name you typed has white space characters in it. The UG clearly mentioned to not use whitespace characters for NAME input. If you replace the white space with an underscore, names with special characters can still be added. However, I do agree that you can't use underscore as a replacement for whitespace when mentioned to enter someone's legal name. Hence, I will mark this as response.NotInScope

cannot be entered although it is a valid name. A restriction in the UG mentioning only names without special characters can be entered is a possible solution.However, the severity is medium in this case as the error message given is undescriptive and may confuse a users on why their names cannot be entered.
