Example inputs are inconsistent with input restrictions in UG #14

For add-inflow, edit-outflow and edit-reminder, the input categories are all capitalised but the example inputs are not.

Other commands have their categories and input examples match.

The input for category is not case-sensitive. We never mentioned anywhere in the UG that it is mandatory to capitalize all letters when typing the category.
