Improve mobile experience #22

Style the page to improve how it looks on mobile.

[x] fix issue where 100vh != 100% when URL bar is visible
[x] improve flow with directions
- [x] add button to menu which will open directions prompt
- [x] show fullscreen on mobile
- [x] on mobile, add ability to select on the map
  1. hide prompt
  2. user selects point
  3. show prompt
